Hi!

Im trying to make a game where 2 players battle each other, and i cant figure out how to switch weapons. Please keep in mind this is a mobile game. I want to make it to to when they touch an icon, it selects that weapon, so when they touch the screen, it disables movement and shoots the selected weapon.

Wenaptic: On the code you sent over the dropbox, could you please tell me how i would alter the speed the character comes to the touch point? I was also asking how to i make the player go 1 steady speed. when i touch the screen, the farther away i touch, the faster he moves, and when i touch close to the character he barely moves. I want him to go like a steady speed of 7 pixels whether the touch is close to him, or far away.

OK. so go to debugger mode and see what it says?

Wenaptic how do i make the character go 1 steady speed. and how would i increase or decrease the speed ?

I can't seem to figure out why my load time from my start menu to my game is almost 10 seconds. I only have about 7 sprites so i doubt that is the problem. Without this issue fixed i cant go on with my game development. This is an android game, but i'm testing it on a Pc and it still has a load problem. I dont understand how other games have near instant load times

I would appreciate any help i can get!

Ok Sorry, im not that good at explaining. im trying to make a game where the player will move to the touched area. like he will slowly go to the touched area. an example of this would be on the google play store an app called wizard wars. Everything is working except the player is teleporting to the touch, not moving to it. Imagine like a 2 player pong style game

I Just Tryed what you sent and it didnt work for some reason. it kept sending my left player to the top right corner, and when i would "touch" it would teleport there, then go back to the top right corner. Any Suggestions?

EDIT: I had to delete the else part of the statement

Ok Thanks. but won't that teleport the player? and what about the second player? i need the player to move to the "Touched" area.

I Need help making my player go to either touch one or touch two based on what side of the screen you are touching. Since it is a two player game that last part is crucial! i need to to decipher which side of the screen the touch is on too. Please Help!
