  • This thread also worth a look:

He did actually respond to a ton of things in this topic and you can find one of his recent responses just 1-2 pages back.

C3 news also have been posted here, nothing big but at least a confirmation that it's still being developed.

True, true. It's a long topic, but it's worth the read.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • I am making this thread to show the developers and moderators of Construct2 that we do notice the efforts they put forth daily, even if users complain a little too much sometimes. So lets keep this thread positive.

True. It takes more than just development. Scirra handles it's community very well, and it serves as a great example for other companies.

  • I hope that C3 will have some sort of coding options besides the Browser object's option or making plugins. However I don't think this should be a priority, since the event-system is so powerful, that it can cover almost anything.

  • armaldio Will you release that plugin, or is it only for your own purposes?

  • I haven't tried them, but they do sound interesting. The more options we have, the better imo.

  • Cant you just print screen , then save it in whatever image program you have? Then you can print the image through your printer.

You can't print long event sheets like that. Scrolling down and taking new screenshots of every new part of the code would be highly unpractical. What R0J0hound suggested is a good solution, but I prefer not to use 3rd party software for such features. I think it should be built-in.

  • There's this program that can do that:

Thank you. This could work. However I still think that this feature should be implemented, if Scirra can find time for it.

  • I'm working together with my friends to cover all areas of asset making. It such a huge job having every part of a game well made, polished. So I bow my head before anyone who manages that solo, especially working on it part-time.

Learning is a good thing. You don't have to be professional, but if you can't ask for reliable help for you game, I think it's a good idea to get into asset making a bit.

  • I don't see the point of this, so I'm sorry, but I don't think this would be a useful feature.

  • FLAC format is also a good choice, since it can be converted into .ogg and .m4a too.
