If you could do this, you would be able to trap someone's cursor inside an application!
Just make sure the cursor is visible, and it should be fairly difficult for someone to lose it.

I think your problem might be that you are using 'rotate to' instead of 'set angle'.

The key lies in 'pick 0th instance' and 'pick 1st instance'. These let you choose the instances separately even if they are the same object. Everything else should be pretty clear.
