  • Yeah, Ashley is right. I had a similar problem and couldn't figure out what was up. The problem was my collision polygon, it was slightly slanted, and this caused some rather embarrassing issues.

  • Well, r91 isn't a stable version, so I guess it's bound to have glitches. Although I cannot imagine what this one is all about.

  • It should be under Project Settings > Configuration Settings > Full screen in Browser. If not, that is really strange and probably a bug.

  • Are you using r91? O_o

  • Awesome. Many thanks!

  • How do you prevent an object from scrolling? I have some debugging info shown on the screen (text object) but they scroll with the screen and go out of sight. I have looked under the layer properties, object properties and in behaviors. Is this achieved with events? I know I am missing something obvious here, it's just that I just started to work on an actual game engine and never used this functions in C2. So I have no idea where they are situated.

    Thank you.

  • This would be too easy in C2, from what I have seen of it.

  • Awesome. Really appreciate it.

  • I am starting to program a battle system and this requires a great amount of animations and frames. I am wondering if it is already possible to drag   the collision box from the center? And if not, I believe it would be a good idea to be able to do this... Often times the collision box is the same from one animation to the other, the only thing that differs is the actual X or/and Y of the box.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Ashley: Oh I know! It just got me excited as I have never seen a tile editor so complete outside of RPG Maker itself, so I just wondered if it was possible to integrate with C2. Now that I actually read about it, it is actually very portable.

  • So, I have stumbled upon a tile editor and from what I see (haven't tried it yet) it lives up to the likes of RPG Maker's amazing tile editing abilities (Auto-tiling, animated tiles, etc.). Also, I gather that it also is open source. I'm surprised this is the first time I hear about this, it is just so powerful. I'm wondering if it could be somehow integrated with C2, as a plugin or something of the like? If possible it would be a great addition... well actually quite freaking amazing.

  • > Why would this be?

You never have tried to work in a team, have you.

A hundred people will have a hundred opinions and will discuss every last detail.

Even if there's a team leader whose role is to make the final decision in the end that the team will have to go by, it's just how design teamwork works and it makes it a lengthy process at times.

And of course, thank you Ashley & Tom, keep it up, C2 is awesome, etc...

Yeah, never tried to join/form any team of more than 3 people. In which case everyone had their role and would not mess with each other's work, well... unless asked. However, it was for game dev., I have never worked in a team for software dev. though and I know it's different. This would happen even when under contract? I mean, if someone is paying me and they have written legal rules which I sign, I'd would think I'd better not break them. Like I said, I've no idea, just going in general...
