Why didn't you use family on these enemies and do action as move behind the force field with event like on collision or compare distance by instance variable.

Replace graphics the boxes to iso boxes and edit direction movement for player, it's isometric after all, think before you judge, this is useful example!

Use global variables to setup like variable1 = 1 or "Easy" on parameters. It automatically applies all functions more than renaming each one.

Porting from open source engine to closed source engine it's impossible, there a way is possible to port from closed source to open source.

I believe Nintendo probably feel that any contract that they could force on you wouldn't be binding and it's not worth their trouble dealing with the laws in your region.

They may require a good (but bigger) publisher will have offices in many territories and an existing relationship with Nintendo.

Even the "developers" aren't considered as publishers.

Nintendo will feel much more comfortable in dealing with them.

More like it's a deal with the devil but it may be necessary.
