  • I'm not sure what answer you want..

With Ajax you request an url..

On request completed, the return of that url is Ajax.lastdata..

You can set a text or a variable to that and do anything you want with it..

    there are just two things

    on start of layout

    Ajax request url

    Ajax on completed

set (text or variable or Array) to ajax.lastdata

  • I guess you want to check ship.health < 0 before destroying the ship..

If so, add that as a subevent and put the destroy action in there as well as the wait and goto layout..

  • I don't understand what you are trying to do..

When an asteroid hits the ship you destroy the ship, wait 3 seconds and go to another layout..

  • I guess the problem is, that if you want to bounce of solids, there should be solids..

You could try to create events to detect the position of your sprite and change the angle of it based on the current angle of movement..

  • Sorry I don't understand..

"capture that session construck should not miss"

What is it you want to do inside construct?

  • Some problem to open ur projext C2 just turn off

Strange.. C2 usually gives a reeason why it's not opening something..

Here are the events I added:

I gave sprite8 the pin behaviour and bullet behaviour..

Set bullet behaviour disabled in properties..

Set bullet speed to 100 and gravity to 100 and bounce of solids to yes..

  • Seems like the issue is with the checking of the store by the plugin..

You might want to contact the creator of the plugin about that..

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • What is the problem with creating objects at the edges of your layout?

  • In the Events-tab of the ribbon there's a search, but as you have stated it is not available in the free edition..

  • Maybe you could check if your event and your else event work..

Using two textobjects and set text would make this clear..

Also I guessed you wanted to show the add unless the user had product..

So why not show the add (not using the else) and hide it if user has product..

  • Would using the bound to layout behaviour work for you?

  • Seems like there is something wrong with your way of setting up the textobjects..

I'm not sure why wait for signal would skip to the last one if you have your events set up correctly..

Would it be possible to share your events, so we can see what the issue is?
