  • happy to hear it helped his entire series is really good

  • this look really nice i hope it plays well too

  • first make a global variable called sprite count then go to the action "for each" under the system object which allows you to say "for each "sprite" add 1 to sprite count.

  • I may be misunderstanding what you are asking but you could make a "power hit" sprite and do "on collision with another object" complete action "spawn another object" and then destroy it after x seconds. However if you want to record the position of a sprite when it collides with another sprite you should have a variable for the sprites x and y and then say"on collision with another object set the variables to the player.x, player.y and then the variable will hold the position of the last time you touched a certain sprite.

  • Nice game, I really enjoyed it. It reminded me of a survey I took in London which tested the difference between how quickly people who play and don't play videogames react to changes in an image.

  • Hello world, I have some sprites that I drew about a year ago and have never used there are over 20 different sprites but it takes a long time to share them all so here are a few. If you would like them all please pm me or comment if you don't have enough reputation as i am willing to give them away for free.

    thanks

  • i'm not sure about what to call your specific game but some good catchy types of name include:

a literal title such as Sonic The Hedgehog or Command and Conquer

a punny title such as Half Life or Dead Space

a completely random title to get attention such as Little Big Planet or Residents Evil

or maybe a dramatic title such as The Last Of Us

  • The artwork looks really nice. If you want to learn about level design I would recommend watching

  • 1: a freelance programmer could learn c2 very quickly but i personally wouldn't bother as construct 2 only takes about two weeks to learn, or less if you have some experience and there are tutorials for basically anything.

2: they cost about £15 an hour in England (about $22) but that may be different where you live.

3: i think you missing just how easy it is to learn construct 2 especially if your making something relatively simple and all the multiplayer features have lots of tutorials so they shouldn't be too difficult to learn although the multiplayer feature plugin costs £15 (I think).

  • nice artwork! did you make it?

  • Hi

I am making a game which needs a large image to have the pixel effect, will construct 2 be able to handle this or not? Please let me know.

    thanks
