I like it. Bird smoke don't breathe this.
In my computer Internet Explorer is way faster than Chrome. It's actually quite amazing speed for a browser without WebGL. Firefox has lot of work to do. WebGL has it's own security issues and no support with mobile devices.
There is an option for the touch plugin to use mouse input. I use this in my arcade game Too Hot For Jerry. I haven't had any proper tests with it so I don't know how well it performs.
I usually have one global object "GameBrain" that holds boolean values that I can toggle on and off.
Thanks Tom your family theory was correct in my case.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
I'm pretty sure it worked! It redirected back to the upload screen after I passed the final step. I can't see any confirmation that it uploaded... Does it need some time?Thats whats happening to me. I have exported from r80.2. and when I upload it says that my game is 7.20mb and that I don't need multiple audio files and that my game is something like 3mb in the player. Then when I'm done it takes me back to the starting page asking to upload my game. I have tried uploading from Firefox and Chrome.

Tom I now have the "game" file in dropbox if you want to take it from there. link to my zipped game
I have uploaded my game now several times and I still don't know if my game was uploaded. I haven't received any information if the upload was successful. I'm a bit worried since the deadline is so near and my game is not in arcade. <img src="smileys/smiley6.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
Ok just uploaded a game. Looks like it's all fixed. Thanks again. "Please wait for a moderator to approve this game! Shouldn't take more than a few hours, check back soon." Not sure if this is intentional but it says I can't submit to Scirra Arcade unless I download the latest release (even though it's an optional beta release).

Am I supposed to receive message after uploading? When I have uploaded it jumps back to the starting page...
I have experience from GM CC and C2 and I think it depends what you really want to do. This is an old game demo I created long time ago in GM using openGL plugin:
These are something I have created in CC:
and
This is what I have made in C2:
OK thanks Zetar.
I uploaded my game to the Arcade, but I don't see it in there. Are the games going through some review process or should I upload it again?
My friend tested it and told that my game runs in his asus tablet, but really slow and the game didn't read touch input so well. I'm using touch event with mouse input.
