  • Why so negative? It doesn't matter if there is a thousand examples - they're all possibly useful to someone.

  • Welcome to the forum.

I think such questions are pointless and can quite rapidly deteriorate into flame wars. Each product - MMF2, CC, C2, GameMaker etc - have their pros and cons.

  • Supposedly, and I quote,

"A comprehensive study of web users has determined that the dumber you are, the more likely you are to use Microsoft Internet Explorer."

    I mean, wow!

Article is from 'The Register' HERE.

  • Adobe in shock move away from flash....meh!

    Adobe Edge public preview.

It's a freebie, so not all bad :)

    Interesting though.

  • Hehehe this feature would remind me so much of Visual Basic ^^

    Ah! VB6! It's still my favourite programming language, after COBOL <img src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Actually, you can with appmobi and titanium.

You're right. I should have said 'natively' :)

  • Unfortunately not, at least directly (see Arima post).

C2 will support many different types of exporters (see the FAQ) but currently only supports HTML5.

The hope is that more exporters - Iphone, Android, Windows etc - will be developed in the future.

I confirm this. Just wanted to report a spam post. Got the same message.

I reported this issue 12 days ago HERE. I think Tom probably has other, more important (behind the scenes) issues at the moment (any hints!) :)

  • Going fullscreen (which is tricky in itself due to the displacement) fixes the problem, and it plays as it should :)

Personally, I think all games should set the resolution based on the current system resolution (SysInfo.GetScreenHeight etc) or just force fullscreen. A resolution shouldn't be assumed, unless coding for a console, of course :)

    Specs:

    Windows XP, Geforce 1GB 9800GT AMD 64 X2 6000+, 1024x768 4GB RAM

  • I wonder if it's to do with the desktop resolution. I always run 1024x768, unless I'm sending over HDMI to the TV.

Also noticed that the 'hover' text at the menu is only partially visible.
