Hey! Scirra have a touch screen input and i tried to play a simple test game made in scirra 2 in browser in my Android phone. Is there any way I can make dowloadable app, so people can play it offline?

Unfortunately not, at least directly (see Arima post).

C2 will support many different types of exporters (see the FAQ) but currently only supports HTML5.

The hope is that more exporters - Iphone, Android, Windows etc - will be developed in the future.
