    I only ever use firefox and I haven't come across such an issue. That's why a .capx is essential, to see if the problem is the C2 generated code or just a problem with your event structure.

  • The manual, as well as numerous other posts, give the many reasons why you can't run the exported html locally.

    You must host the exported files either on your own webserver or ones such as Dropbox.

  • Some usual candidates are browser add-ons, so it's worth keeping an eye on that.

    Regardless, nice to know you've resolved your issues.

    As I stated previously, I see no issue. It displays perfectly for me in latest firefox (see below).

    Maybe others can test and report their findings.

  • I was waiting for the HD version, but now they've sold out, I'm a bit torn. I'm gonna wait and see before making judgement, but I'm hoping that user modding/dev is still going to be possible after the big Evil has finished with it.

  • Also, the Wintermute engine is a good choice for 2d,2.5d or 3d point and click games, and it's free.

  • Try latest firefox as well as chrome, but disable all chrome addons first. Hopefully, you may get some success.

    Ashley is the sole developer, and has stipulated far too often that it would take maybe 1 to 2 years of dedicated programming to create such an export, whilst C2 development would just stop. Not going to happen, people.

    Ashley specifically stipulates that you cannot export from the free edition if the muliplayer plugin is included, which obviously means any type of export.

    That's fair enough. It allows prospective purchasers to try the plugin before they decide whether to buy. Scirra is a business, after all.

    Anywho, game seems to work OK with no issues, although you will need to add something to vary the game play or it's likely to be too repetitive.
