Have you read all the tutorial parts thoroughly? Have you finished the full tutorial? If not, make sure to do that first.

It is explained quite clearly that the number of parts and the size of the picture are intrinsically linked. Therefore, the first thing you will need to do is create a new set of blank shapes, the number of parts matching what you require. Then arrange them in the same way as part 2 explains, taking note of sizes etc. Part 3 covers the tile sizes.

It would make helping you easier if you posted your .capx.

You should really email and Tom will happily deal with any licensing issues you may have.

There is little anyone can do if you don't follow the posting guidelines.

It's obvious the problem lies with your PC otherwise the site would be inundated with similar posts. The update may just be coincidental. A Micros**t update could even have caused this.

Have any other things been updated, i.e. OS, browsers etc.

The error mentions a GPU memory request error, so a (slim) possibility could be that either your card is faulty, your drivers are broken, or it's some ridiculously large image your trying to use.

Does this happen with all .capx (even the built-in examples) or just your own?

If it's a .capx of your own, then you will need to upload for others to test.

Wrong forum for such a question. The title tells you what i's for - "Share your Construct 2 effect files.

If you want to see the effects, just click on the effects link and browse them. Alternatively, navigate to the Effects folder of the C2 installation directory and they are all listed inside.

This is a closed bug thread from over a year ago, and not the correct place for asking questions.

You would have a much better chance of a response if you post in the 'How Do I' section.

There is a saying - placing all ones eggs in one basket - that sums up C2. It is entirely reliant on other peoples technology in order to function.

However, it's not like anyone didn't know this (or if so, they sould have).

Technology is constantly advancing, and it's more than likely things will sort themselves out, but that isn't much help to those who are frustrated by the current browser situation.
