  • Edit: Sorry, I misread your post. Have you tried adding a "once while true" to your key event?

    Like this:

  • The file you link isn't the .capx, it's the .exe for the game.

Are you using 32x32 tiles? You have to use power-of-two sizes.

Also, on the project properties tab, check if you have WebGL on and sampling set to "point".

  • Link to .capx file (required!):

    dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2383513/jumpthru.capx

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Create a object with a platform behavior

    2. Create a tiled background with a jumpthru behavior

    3. When the platform object is falling, go into the platform with the jumpthru behavior

    Observed result:

In this .capx the object stops for a moment then resumes the falling, but in my game the character simply stops and walks in the middle of the platform.

    <img src="http://i.imgur.com/wBFsXIb.png" border="0" />

    Expected result:

There should be no stopping at all, if an object with a platform behavior isn't at the top of the platform he should never stop.

    Browsers affected:

    Chrome: yes

    Operating system & service pack:

    Windows 8 64-bit

    Construct 2 version:

    r127 64-bit

  • Thanks for the tip, had that problem too.

  • Hi Ashley ,

It does, but I wish there was a better way to remove it. Maybe it would be better if it asked if I want to delete the instance but keep the object, or if I want to delete both the instance and the whole object from my project.

What I mean is, I don't want to search for the object on my project bar everytime I want to delete it from my project.. maybe it would be good if I could ctrl + delete it and it would be deleted from my whole project.

    Thanks!

  • I have almost the same problem as gillenew, if I export my project on r127 it simply doesn't run. Nothing happens though, I don't get an error or anything, it just doesn't run.

I tried creating a new project and it ran perfectly, though..

  • Are you using an intel integrated graphics card on the other computers?

I've tested my game on a few computers and it always gets a little wonky if it has one of these graphic cards, even if they're updated. I've had no problems when using AMD or Nvidia graphic cards though.

  • Hi,

Maybe this is already implemented or something, but I couldn't find it.

Is it possible to delete the object from the whole project by using shift + del or something?

I really hate when I accidentaly create an object, then after deleting it's last instance, it stays in the project folder. My game is kinda big and I try to keep the directories clean and all, but most of the times I have to stop working just to search for that lost object, then delete it.

    Thanks!

  • I applied too (just because), haven't heard from them ever since.

  • If you want to view your HTML5 game code, you can't after you have exported the game. You must save the game as a folder instead of a .capx file, then go to the "Event sheets" folder. All the event sheets are there.

  • brb getting a Wii U

  • What are your computer specs? Really weird.

    Have you tried other computers?
