Well, there aren't any plugins (other than 3D Box), and it would probably be just as hard to make a Python renderer work with Construct, sooooo... no.

The HTTP object is for making requests, for instance to post highscores. The HTML object is to display HTML formatted text, but it doesn't work with images or CSS or javascript or really anything other than bold, italics, underline, colour, etc so it's no use for displaying a webpage.
