For now, maybe you can rotate your image in another software by 45 degrees, and then copy that into the blank spaces.

The result image will fit right into the tiled background but it will be angled.

I still have the issue in the actual program though. The layout goes black until I change my refresh rate, then it works.

I am able to create things in the folder, yes.

Unfortunately, adding the [Path] with the Install= as you suggested did not allow me to use Run or Debug.

Edit: I checked for a Temp.exe as well in Application Data / Construct and none appeared at any point.
