If your project opens but doesn't run please file an issue: https://github.com/Scirra/Construct-3-bugs
Construct 2 was retired in July and will no longer be updated or supported at all.
IIRC there have been no changes to Android App Bundle builds in this release. It should be working exactly as it did before.
Try using the Shift+F5 keyboard shortcut to debug the current layout.

The function object was replaced with built-in functions around 2 years ago.
Based on that forum thread, it might just be because you used the unstable Canary webview.
Note some of the things you mentioned are specifically covered in the 3D shape manual entry.
If you run in to any problems please file an issue following all the guidelines.

I appreciate changes can take some work, but we allowed 6 months for people to make changes, including a few months of Construct actively prompting you to update a project when you open it.
The 'Replace object' feature should do that.
The Browser object is still there in r250.
A number of problems really aren't caused by Construct, in which case we really can't help. FWIW I just tried a test APK build in r250 and it seemed to work fine. I also don't see any significant changes that were made to Android in r248 so it may well be unrelated to any issue you were having.
Do you mean changing the actual camera angle, or using an off-axis projection (i.e. changing the vanishing point)?
