After buying C2, creating, and submitting a game to amazon I have the confidence to sell Contruct2. Does Scirra offers any affiliate program?

I want to participate in build a game challenge and submit it to amazon.

But when I was going to fill the form I see this message:

The ADS program is being discontinued and is no longer qualifying new apps or updates.

ADS= amazon developer select.

I dont see that kind of announcement on the tutorial video from scirra.

My understanding says no new apps can be submitted anymore.

So is that mean the challenge is off now?
