  • I submitted a game to Amazon. http://amzn.com/B00V7XFEQE

I have download and install Amazon appstore on my Android.

Search for my game and get the app.

But there's a message says: Catching a Star fo Wulan is incompatible with your device. You cannot purchase this app from this device.

Meanwhile if I search on the amazon, it says: Available instantly on your connected Android device.

How to play my game app?

My sister test it on Iphone, can the app also played on Iphone? Why it says the same thing: Available instantly on your connected Android device?

  • Your issue is your app is targeting 'newer' versions of Android than your Android device is. What flavor of Android is your phone ? You can change the targeted 'minimum' API version of Android when building in C2/XDK.

    Here's a history:

Ah a shed of light. How to change the targeted minimum API version of Android?

All I do is to choose export project to Amazon App from C2. I don't see any options to change it?

    And...what is XDK....Xbox Development Kit?

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Sorry - I assumed you are creating an 'apk' (you use XDK to do this)- the APK then runs on all Android devices. If your exporting from C2 as 'Amazon', then that's different. Perhaps somebody with more experience than I in exporting as 'amazon' can chime in.
