You should change opacity in the CSS of the button.
Apply a variable to replace the css "opacity" value in Set CSS of button then you can change it as you want.
Can you take screenshot of your event sheet?
Maybe you should trigger once when decrease the HP of enemy.
Compare steps GREATER THAN 100 OR LESS THAN -100 => change direction or stop.
You can add a variable isMoving(boolean), if = true it can move, false will stop.

Put the REPEAT as sub-event of On load completed AJAX.
Set your text to "" before Append new text.
Because the variable if equal 1 or 2 it will do the action before you press the keys.
Suggestion: Move the Mouse to OR with the Key down.

I saw that you used many different tags for sfx.
You should group sfx in same tag like "gameSfx".
And "gameMusic" for music background in your game.
It will be easier for you can manage many sfx and music.
