I want to start working on a PC game but I have a question about resolution:

Should I make the game based on 1080p, or 720p with 2x size scripts?

I wanted to upload my game to Arcade but it didn't let me because the size of my game is 80mb

I think 50mb is so low at least increase the size limit to 100mb.

I just want to know how to fix the game frame rate on a specific number.

I want to upload my game to Gamejolt, Kongregate, Newgrounds and Scirra Arcade but the thing is I have used a video in my game and it's my first time using a video in Construct 2 so I have some questions:

Do these websites support the video plugin?

Should I upload the video somewhere or it will work if I just import the video to the game files?
