I don't know if you noticed, but If you scroll past what buttons while dragging, the scroll bar stops, but the content continues to scroll. Also I changed my origins to the top left, and no changes.
Does anyone know this tutorial?

I have a bunch of questions for this tutorial, but can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I attached my capx. and the tutorial has a demo on how it should look and act.

jweickum try this one liner
This doesn't work for me, because I need the player to be able to see their character moving to mouse location and have walking animation.
Ok that's what I did. Thank you very much. I didn't know you could save over the templates.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
I can still make new projects, I just have to delete all the objects one by one, and delete layouts and events, but it's annoying and time consuming.
The problem is, I can't open a blank new project.

I don't want any on screen buttons, if that's what you mean.
If not, could you elaborate a little more?
I'm making a point and click game to where ever I click I want the player to move there. I use the path finding behavior, but it makes the player bounce, which i dont want.
Any tips on this? Or a tutorial would be nice.
I know about the multiple projects. It's when I decide to open a brand new project with no other projects open.
I click new project and click a 16:9 landscape project, and it opens a project with objects and events already on it from different projects I have made.
When opening new projects in construct 2, the new project that opens up has objects and events from previous projects set up already.
Different templates open different old projects I have made.
Am I doing something weird? Or should I report this as a bug?
There are no steps to reproduce. You literally sit there and watch the program freeze up. Also it doesn't matter which capx you use, so that isn't need either.
