AH!. I found a bug when you hit Level 11. I'll get a fix for it.
Willing to bet no one will reach level 12 before I do :)
*update*
v1.0.3:
- Fix: Level 11 Bug!
- Feature: Added Thrusters
- Feature: Added alien ships so you don't sit in one spot :)
- Feature: Added Armour & Alien counters
- Change: Tweaked a lot of mechanics
- Change: Ship only moves when pressing left or right
- Change: Stars start slow and increase in speed as levels progress
- Tested to level 50
I finished the New Network version and it is working. Starting the upgrade to Version 2 which will have Singleplayer, Multiplayer, and Arenas.
The last update seems stable and playable (even though a bit boring alone)
I am moving forward with Multiplayer Implementation as the next release.
This release is hanging my browser on any project constantly. I was not having the issue before. It seems more frequent when zoomed in on the layout with 1 or more objects selected and you try to scroll or move. It happens on script scrolling as well. Selecting "wait" several times, it never recovers and you have to close and reopen the project. This was not happening on previous version
I BONKED the server. No chat tonight. Will fix it tomorrow. Bug fixes for the game client will be released tomorrow as well.
The biggest bug was re-installing and selecting/activating all saved ship systems. This will be fixed tomorrow.
Also tweaking Ship Energy Regen ... It's a bit low
Thank you for the feedback. Sorry, you hated it James ... I was learning Construct 2.
I'm back and working and a Sequel "Subpace: Bounty Hunters" that will include a lot from this game but be multiplayer and blockchain (Cosmos) based.
Look for the initial release on the arcade within the next few days. Will not be 100% complete but will update the arcade with regular releases.
Thanks again.
There seems to be a bug with saving and retrieving the scores. I am working on this and will have it fixed soon.
Please rate and provide feedback as this game will be released on Android. But I would like to get all the adjustments, feedback and tweaks done here first. Thank you.
