Since r189 was released we identified a couple more issues. We think these are relatively minor and shouldn't have been affecting too many users, but in the interests of ensuring Construct is as reliable as possible, we're releasing a patch update to fix them.

The original release video is included above again, and in case you missed them, see the r189 release notes for more details about everything that's new since r182.4.

  • When will you guys start adding new stuff again? The last several releases have been just bug fixes.

      The last release cycle added support for Android App Bundles, and the new worker mode, improved PNG compression, and faster remote previews are all significant changes that aren't just bug fixes and involved a lot of work! Regardless, there's more new coming in the next beta cycle.

    • Just because it isn't flashy doesn't mean nothing new is being added

      Plus, all the tools are there to make any kind of 2D games already

  • For some reason, I am having an issue on an apple iPad running ios 13.4.1 where the copy-paste mechanics aren't working. Please help!

    Edit: Please answer quickly as I do not have much time before the game jam ends!!! I am unable to copy/paste any aspect of my project and I need to duplicate a large script for a different actor, please help!

  • There is a fatal flaw in this build, every time I create a new layout (right click create new layout) it will duplicate my other layout and then when I empty out the layout it destroys my project making it unusable. I have no global anything on. THIS SHOULD NOT BE LISTED AS STABLE IN MY EMAIL

      I just tried what you described and it worked fine. We also have no other reports of any related issues. It's usually impossible to help from comments alone, if you think there is a problem with Construct please file a bug following all the guidelines: github.com/Scirra/Construct-3-bugs - we need all that information to be able to help.

  • Is there an easy way to use App Bundles with Google Signing? I signed it with my usual key but app bundel requires to sign it by google and I could not figure out how to do this in the last 30 minutes. Just found something with Android Studio which I do not use.

  • Does someone know what is the file path for the save slots?
