Bloomvalue is controls a mix of Bloom and the standard texture (0 is off)
Bloomthreshold is based on luminance.
Bloomfalloff controls a gradient between 0 and 1 between Bloomfalloff and Bloomthreshold. Bloomfalloff should be lower than Bloomthreshold.
