Parameters:
- Set skend to amount of layout pixels to skend
- Set power to the power of the skend (higher skends more toward 'top')
- Set angle to the angle of the skend
- Set object angle to the angle of the object (e.g. self.angle), this helps with compatibility of the effect w/ other effects or changing color or opacity.
