  • I came into videogames during the so called "Golden Era".

I started by borrowing my cousins Super Nintendo for the summer (18 years later and I still haven't given it back hahaha) and got hooked on Super Mario World. The console is broken now, but I recently got a SNES emulator on my phone and got hooked all over again to SMW. I absolutely love it; the world map, the idea that you can go back and replay levels to find secrets (no joke, I'm discovering hidden levels all these years later). It just defines classic platforming in a pure sense that a lot of games use as a base to this day. I've even found myself yearning to make a SMW-type platformer, but I've another game to focus on.

  • Such awesome art!

I've been in an abstract mood lately:

  • Ah, it happens to all of us, at least you got it figured out ;)

  • Try putting your transaction events into a sub-event with a trigger once condition:

If [buyButton] is clicked and [Money] is =>25

-->[Trigger Once] : TRANSACTION EVENTS GO HERE

  • Confirmation that the version of Node-Webkit in the C2 installer flags as a false-positive with my own antivirus (I would assume this is the same for others too, maybe an update to antivirus databases now makes it flag for others?)

  • No dice for me, tried restarting 3 times now and it still won't get past the NW part of the installation. I'll have to forgo using Node-Webkit entirely til this is solved.

  • Your second issue is the first problem I faced, and now I'm facing the first issue. I'm trying another restart now as it still isn't letting me install C2., and I can't find any processes related to Node Webkit in task manager. Another thing I noted was that after uninstalling C2 I was left with a couple of .PAK files in the Node-WebKit folder, whilst everything else related to C2 has been uninstalled.

  • I started getting the error message today that Node-Webkit was not available as a preview browser. I noticed that the nw.exe was missing from the win32 folder in exporters/html5/node-webkit.

I thought that I just needed to reinstall Construct 2 and that would solve the issue. No dice, I'm now getting this error message when I try to reinstall Construct 2:

Has anyone else come across this issue?

  • robin Sommer Yep, that's the idea! You can see in the screenshot to the right there's some plants in different stages of growth. Those can be harvested when they're fully grown, and then replanted, as will be the mechanic for many plants in the game.

  • Try Construct 3
