'Ello all, I'm Josh. I have been programming for the last decade or so (wow, has it really been that long?!?), and recently got interested in JavaScript and HTML5 technologies. In addition to doing strictly JS stuff, I have been looking around at various methods for quickly prototyping graphical experiments, like games for example. I have tried out several of the up-and-coming solutions (GM: HTML5, Stencyl, Processing.js (which I already use and love for generating other graphics), etc.), but have found things that bothered me from a prototyping standpoint about each of them--until now. I think I've found my prototyping tool, and maybe more than that. <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
Though I haven't actually done much game development yet, I like all aspects of game design, from music (my forte), to art, to design. I am looking forward to actually putting these things together into a game sometime soon.
It's interesting that what got me started on this game development tangent (JS programming), is actually not required with Construct... <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
Let's do this!
