  • It's just a animation size thing really, as SWF is alot smaller, For intros etc.

    I don't understand what you mean by NO Plugins...? it already uses plugins..

  • I was wondering if you will be adding SWF importing, just for playing animation really, For example I have a program Motion Studio 3D which creates 3D logos,Animation etc but to export as PNG's or GIF's animated they become too big for a good quality animation.

    One i did is on my Construct Competition Entry and it's a SWF file 614k the gif version is 1.13mb twice the size, so i didn't put it in as a intro screen on my game. I put it in the HTML but would have liked it in my game as an intro screen.

  • That would be a nice feature for fancy menus etc... the only other way i know is to create an animation in photoshop or something similar, or a free way is cooltext, to make an anim on their site.

    As i have thousands of 3D models this is gonna be great for me as i can't do sprites.

    1 problem i found was the export to png isn't working for me, so i export as BMP and load it into the FREE Paint.Net and use the magic wand to remove the background colour, and save as png.

  • I just bought these today from game creators, as i have a load of 3D Model which i bought from the same people, has anyone used these yet, i'm awaiting a download link... From the video's they provide they look really easy.

  • Lol this happens to me too, and my game uses rotate... i just replaced the new one with the old, then make alterations and re-add the new one.

  • Ok i have created a shop for my game, and i'm having mouse over problems,

    if you hover mouse over and don't have enough money it's supposed to set text visable, Or if you have already bought it it's supposed to set text visible, but it works on 1 item but not the others, it was working fine before but now seems tempramental.

    I know it's not difficult to do,

    Mouse/Cursor Is Over/ TextBlahBlah - Set Visible

    Invert Mouse/Cursor Is Over/ TextBlahBlah - Set InVisible

    The enemies are pasted all around at start then they are spawned out of the layout at random spawn points, and yes they are using bullet behaviour.

    I will add a shoot key to give the option on your controls.

    Yeh the bases will be more recognisable when i have set some enemies spawn out of them.

    Thanks Wink for the tip i did notice this and will try your fix suggestion.

    I have never tried touch devices as i dont have a touch fone to test.

  • Set this on the boss level Using Stepping Mode - Framerate Independent to try to stop slowdown on the boss level.
