    foxrain4 - Do you visit the Windows Store? Find it on the Start menu. Unfortunately, many iOS and Android apps are only ported to Windows Phone. Many apps by major mobile developers like Gameloft, King, Bandai Namco and Sega, are also available for PCs like Candy Crush Saga and its spiritual successors, Sonic Dash or Asphalt 8.

  • Hi, since the last week, my PC was "bricked" (maybe it's my fault after downloading too much useless apps, games and files... )

    But when I see that little Get Windows 10 icon on my taskbar, I'm really miss Windows 10, but I'm more miss Windows 8.1 than that.

    Here what I got in Windows 10 in the past

    • A nice, new Start Menu
    • A nice new browser, Microsoft Edge
    • The latest incarnation of my favorite apps and games: Google, Twitter and Crossy Road (Facebook still don't have a Windows 10 incarnation yet...)
    • New apps: Candy Crush Saga
    • A little bug: Alpha transparency error on some PNG files, have anybody experience this?

    Well, should I upgrade back, or not?

  • Hi guys, maybe you've looked at my games and played them, thanks for that.

    But I want to tell that SONAR Games is having a reboot.

    Yes, a reboot. It means that the games currently in development like Perry World, Perry Super Pack, Brick Breaker X: Rescue Rush, Brick Breaker X: Blitz and Round Rotate (all of them are made with Construct 2) will be erased and redeveloped from scratch. This is because of technical problems on my PC and I've forced to format it, and I'm forgot to back up those projects completely. So, the files are damaged in an external hard drive that I borrow.

    So, for who was waiting for one of these games, sorry for that but I've to remake everything for the game and I'll focus on only, one simple game only. I'll back to action in Monday so stay tuned...

  • Since I'm starting to develop games, I'm using Adobe Flash to make the graphics. And now, I'm also used Adobe Illustrator and Inkscape to make sprites and BGs.

    Currently, pixel art is not my style for now.

    For the musics, I'm using FL Studio.

    For the SFX, I found them in some games I have (the most common sounds) and from free assets platforms like FreeSound. I'm sometimes make SFXs using Audacity, FL Studio, sfxr or bfxr.

    But the problem only occurs sometimes when a music is played. Maybe the playback is biting some CPU randomly, perhaps?

  • IMO, 3D games are better on PCs and consoles.

    Let only 2D games for mobiles for more stabilization on most devices, my phone and BlueStacks can't even handle high-end 3D games.

  • I've discovered this since last year, it seems that an app will interfere with Construct 2, causing a "save roadblock".

    That "save roadblock" that I mean is Construct 2 might hang at certain elements when saving projects, such as layouts. Or more simpler, Construct 2 becomes "sluggish".

    An app that I discovered interferes with Construct 2 is Winamp, am I right? Any solutions?
