I'm having difficulty figuring out how to get my character to push objects convincingly. I currently have the events set up so that when the character is in collision with the object (which has 'Custom Movement'), the object has the action 'collision - bounce'. This seems to work but how do I give the impression of weight and resistence? Also, when the character jumps next to the object, the object drops through the ground a couple of pixels.
Is there an easier way of doing it? If not is there a harder way of doing it that works?
