  • It's weird they would say that, since the latest official browser version statistics show that 73.86% of users are now HTML5 capable.

I guess they are as "mandatorily stupid" as the corporate high horses that want 80 year old ladies using Windows 98 to view their Ferrari website, just in case they want to buy a Ferrari.

Oh well, they will come on-board soon enough!

  • I can understand why some of you are a little upset by the fact that an EXE exporter is still under consideration, but I think I can speak for most here when I say:

If you want to make EXE games, then you should be using Construct Classic, especially at this point in time.

CC is free, and works just fine.

If you feel bad about buying C2 on the premise it might, one day have an EXE exporter, then consider it a donation toward the development of both CC and C2.... and keep your hopes up. Ashley has not completely out-ruled an EXE exporter, so it's too early to be getting up in arms about it.

  • No stress Ash, I don't they are head hunting mate :)

You guys best know what your priorities are, so stick to your guns.

I have to now take this time to say, I would also like to see an EXE exporter in some form or another for C2 ;)

  • I was thinner. The photo in the OP I was like 22 years old... photo in the last post, is 10 years later ;)

If those are the pics you mean...

I think there are some in the middle somewhere, where I started tanking on the weight. I lost a bunch of weight, now it's slowly coming back again xD

  • I can't even use my latest project beuase of the lag. Ver sad.

You need a way to optimize the visible resources you are using. If everything is being constantly loaded into memory and stays there, then any game will bog down :)

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • Drag the start and end points until they are almost touching.

There seems to be a "gap" between the + and - nodes.

You can simply work around it by moving those points close together.

  • Undocumented calls, FTW!

Thanks Ashley... that helps probably more than just us. I was confused by that happening but never thought to ask anyone else since I assumed I had done something wrong anyway. xD

    :D

  • I had this problem in CC as well when using layer zoom.

I'm unsure how to fix it, sorry :(
