  • Tell me about it...

    I made this:

  • So I finally got around to testing this out.

It's fantastic. I highly recommend this software to anyone wanting to do vector art. Very easy to use, and makes the Photoshop "Pen Tool" look as sh*tty as it actually is.

Adobe could learn a few things from this program, like how not to suck at making vector based publication software.

Long over due, but nice find megatronx

  • Ah my bad I totally forgot to update you guys.

Turns out the client has DropBox blocked on their servers, and I had left a DB link in the page somewhere. Probably a good thing, since otherwise there would have been a dead link there later!

This is why "Chinese Whispers" is a bad idea.

  • I have showed this to at least 200 people now.

Honestly, this can't get through... there's just no way.

  • I'd like to point out that you can simplify it by taking advantage of the way events work. When there are an equal number of Bean1's and Bean1shadow's then this will pair them.

    Every Tick:

    --Bean1shadow| set position to (Bean1.X, Bean1.Y+14)

    --Bean1shadow| set angle to Bean1.Angle

I actually tried this method, and all shadows went to a single bean.... at least in C2. Lucid wrote me a up a quick pairing example, and it worked awesome :)

  • Hello gentlemen, and welcome :)

  • You can do it the same way I made the shadows for the coffee beans on the Monjava website I just made:

    <img src="http://dl.dropbox.com/u/604141/Public%20CAP/images/For-Each-Bean.png" border="0" />

This should help somewhat, hopefully. I got rid of any events that aren't really important. ;)

  • The license is a per user basis, though you CAN register a license in a COMPANY/BUSINESS name, so anyone in that company/business can use the software, but only on one machine per license.

You can read more about how the license for Construct 2 works HERE

    Happy hunting :)

  • The links in the first post don't work.

They seem to work fine for me? Are you still having problems? Maybe I can re-host them if needed.

  • Wow Silver, that's looking rather kick-ass now... very fluid and it seems to move well, to me at least.

    Keep it up! :D
