    There is a random collision issue when using Physics.

    The collision is not working at random instances. I have tried all options but no luck.

    version: r368.2 stable

    Just thought to share.

    The timeline audio does not play if there is a capital letter in the audio filename.

    I am using the latest stable version (317.2).

    This issue was not there in the older stable (308-2).

    It seems like a bug, will share it on the bug portal.

    C3 version - Release r317 stable

    OS - Windows 10

    Chrome - Version 107.0.5304.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    The audio was working fine in the previous version (yesterday).

    Other checks:

    Checked in the other C3 version (r308-2), and the audio in the sample file is working fine.

    But I can’t open the project in the older version now.

    The audio files in the timeline were working fine till yesterday.

    After today’s update, it stopped working. Attached error screenshot.

    It seems some conflicts happened after the update.

    The project stopped working.

    Is anyone facing the same issue?

  • The game is working perfectly fine when checking it from the local web server.

    When I upload the game on the LMS (Learning Management System) it is showing the browser not supported message.

    I have checked that when launching from the LMS, it wraps the content in wrapper (found multiple framesets).

    In which scenario the game will display the browser not supported message? Which is the possible criterion not met on the LMS environment?

    Any thoughts?

  • Dear All,

    I have a query with respect to CPU value which displays in C2.

    I have created a basic interaction using some movement of sprites on stage.

    When I trace the CPU of the file, it displays only 2 or 3 % but when I check CPU number in task manager, it shows around 18-20% after launching the file.

    Before launching the C2 publish file the TM (Task Manager) CPU number is 0-1%, but after launching the C2 file the number goes to 18-20%.

    Just curious to know how C2 CPU value is calculated.

  • After debug I found that there is AJAX object in the project, when I delete that object from the project, the stage and media graphic displays on Mac.

    I am planning some AJAX call in the project. As soon as I insert the object in the project (even not used in the script) it stops working and display the above error.

    Is there any setting I need to apply to make it work/display the game activity on iPad or Mac?

    I have a made a simple Drag-n-drop which is working perfectly fine on Windows, but it is not working on Mac as well as on iPad. It is not displaying the content at all, even after removing all the events/scripts from the file no any content data is displayed on iPad and Mac.

    any idea?

    I completely forgot that the events will continue run from Top to Bottom and not execute one time (will take some time to come out of Flash action scripting).
