  • When checkng the RawAxis (0,5) i now get -1 + 1 when moving left right!

    Still strange that when trying normal axis (0,5) it does not show.

  • On a Gamepad test page, http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/doodles/gamepad/ it says my controller has an extra axis. (no5)

    When trying to detect this axis in construct it does not register?

    My gamepad is registering:

    Windows

    left analog X & Y

    Right analog X & Y

    Construct

    left analog X & Y

    Right analog only X (when pushng forward), and no Y.

    I have checked all the axis events, but none register the right analog stick correct.

    I need both X and Y.

    Does anyone know this issue or a fix?

    1: New assault rifle.

    2: New phantom bomb.

    Details: Quantum Blast

    Is going to be in the style of the old Liero game, but with a personal twist.

    It means u can Grapple like spiderman and are loaded with Crazy guns/mines/turrets to blast your friends into quantumness.

    The game has local multiplayer (Splitscreen).

    Left analog stick = left right

    Right analog stick = aim up down

    Right analog stick pressed = grappling hook

    Left analog stick up/down = activate grappling up or down

    Left trigger = jump/double jump/release grappling

    Left analog stick when grappling (hanging) left right = swing left/right

    Right trigger = fire gun

    Left shoulder button =Select previous weapon

    Right shoulder button = Select next weapon

    Dpad Right = Buildmode & select next block

    Dpad Left = Buildmode& select previous block

    Dpad down = Exit Buildmode

  • Its time for me to give something back to the community.

    For the people who liked the old "Liero" game and would like to build such a game.

    My QuantumBlast example is a great starting point.

    Quantum Blast is a real game i am building, and the very early capx is for the community to be shared.

    It has everything for grappling and splitscreen platform gaming.

  • Hi Team Scirra.

    In my game i use the save game state system events.

    All goes well until i want to update my game.

    I run the "browser" -(on update ready) restart layout condition and event.

    The problem is that "the saved game state" does not account for game updates.

    So instead of showing me the updated version of the game, it shows only the last saved version.

    Kan u fix this one of the future builds of Construct2?

    After 1.5 years and 2 earlier versions i completed the Youniverse App!

    Im super happy with the result.

    Because this is not a Game its probably rare this is made with Construct 2.

    But im so happy i did!!!
