  • Excellent plugin, great job.

  • Great initiative!

Because of Cavern Kings and other projects, I'm fully booked until halfway October, but I'm always interested in working on new projects.

  • From composer to composer: I like your work a lot. Your bracing versatility is a great fun to listen to. Thanks for the demos.

    Thank you very much!

  • New chiptune demos added: https://soundcloud.com/ryunocore/sets/arkburst-ost

  • You can usually find composers on game development/engine forums. Scirra's Job Offers and Team Requests subforum has plenty of composers offering paid and free services, including myself.

That is, of course, only the best course of action if you want to have an exclusive soundtrack: if not, there are sites with free music or at least, selling licenses to royalty free music.

  • My new computer arrived, so I'm ready to take on new projects!

Wow!! I just heard a few of your soundtracks......and I have to say.....that's unbelievably good!! Wow, if my game ever makes it to that stage, I will definitely consider sending you an email!

    I'll look forward to it!

    Documentation:

This application is controlled by both touch/click and keyboard. The higher a key is, the lower its velocity (making, for example, the quietest Kick trigger the letter Q and the loudest trigger the letter Z). Three stages of velocity are available for each pad. I started developing this drum pad as a mobile-exclusive application until I realized it could be more useful with a keyboard for velocity control.

    Controls:

    Q A Z: Kick

    W S X: Clap

    E D C: Snare

    R F V: Crash

    T G B: Open Hi Hat

    Y H N: Closed Hi Hat

    U J M: Rim

    I K ,: Tom

    O L .: Clave

I'm currently making my services available as a Sound Designer, Music Composer and Audio Engineer for freelance or part-time work. If you need electronic dance tracks with cutting-edge sounds, retro music to accompany your 8-bit era inspired game or powerful and aggressive down-tuned guitar work, let me know. Besides Dubstep, Metal and Chiptune I have worked with Drum & Bass, Electro, House, Trance, Ambient, Jazz, Breakbeat, Classical/Cinematic score, Hardcore (both mosh-pit and UK genres), Glitch Hop, Flamenco, Pop/Alternative Rock, Drumstep, Trap, Hip Hop, Synthwave and many more.

My services aren't limited to composing and remixing tracks: I can develop custom sound effects for your project using a wide array of synthesizers. Also accepting mixing and mastering gigs: if you have a problem with your project's audio, we can work on a solution. My prices are accessible and I work exclusively with PayPal.

  • Hi there! I'm Ryuno, a music composer and sound designer who hasn't really coded anything in about a decade trying to get back to making games, since I'm working as a freelancer in the game industry. Nice to meet you all!

  • DO let me flush the toilets and turn on the taps. Scenery, in any game of any genre, shouldn’t be painted on the walls. And so many games before have put in a nice toilet flushing noise. Since all games do insist in including a toilet, as well they should, then all games should include the splishy sploshy noise of flushing it.

    Juice it up!

Some examples such as the flying baddie one are definitely uncalled for, but all in all it was a very solid article.
