  • Hello, I am Peter from Poland. My greater achievement is winning in a competition on polish programming site NukeBoards with my C2 game. I am looking for some people that will help me finish my game What the Dark Keeps.

    It is an open world, rougelike, survival top-down shooter with elements of RPG. Yeah, sounds crazy but I try to make this game happen.

    Right now I need help with advanced inventory system i planned.

    I would warmly accept anyone contributing to my project. I put my game on IndieDB and Steam Greenlight but yet, it still needs some quality content to show publicly.

    So, if you want to help me finish the project, let me know. WtDK is open for programmers, music composers, social managers and even maybe graphic artists. Monetizing would happen after release of the game on Steam or other gaming platform and making noticable profit.

    Also the height is a bit too high.

  • It's great but it has bug: TagText.[TextWidth | TextHeight] doesn't work like normal Text. The width is the right side of the last letter instead the most pushed on the right.

  • No, i meant the property of TagText named TextWidth/Height. There's the same property in normal text, but works just fine.

  • But there's 1 problem: TextHeight and TextWidth doesn't work properly.

  • Hi. I was wondering lately, why there was no better text plugin yet. Current ones support only one type of color in single text etc. Is there any way to make a "rainbow" text or something like that in one text object?

  • Hi, is there any way to stop For each element in array action loop? I tried simply stop loop but it didn't work.

  • For showing the items, you can make Item sprite, then add animations like id_0;id_1 then call them by the id of the item in the array like set animation "id_" &invarray.at(1,1) or something like this.

  • I have the newest graphic drivers bug guess what. It was Windows 7. I downloaded the service pack, now it works like a charm <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy"> ! Ashley, you should add service pack 1 on win7 to minimal requirements.

  • Problem Description

    When i zoom in/out in my layout, my c2 crashes. On new project i see blank space, can see objects i place, but on examples i see gray layout. Also i don't see buttons for event sheets and layouts in the project navigation. Only some weird space.

    • Open your c2
    • You're done!

    Observed Result

    Also, stuff making c2 crash are:

    rotating objects,

    using some sprite editor's functions,

    scaling,

    other bunch of activities.

    Expected Result

    It should work...

    I am using a new pc, i can't use c2 since 199? Proably older versions are not working also.
