  If it's just a static background that will never change, then you don't need tiled background. Unless you want some image to be repeated within that one background image.

  You don't need to check for collisions every tick. At first, sure, check for the inital collision with an invisible sprite at the start of the zipline. Then if collided with that sprite, set a variable "isOnZipline" to true. Disable platform behaviour. While that variable is true, then move at angle. Until it collides with another invisible sprite at the end of zipline, then set the variable to false and enable platform behaviour. Should dismount automatically using the gravity from the platform behaviour.

  Seems like it could work for a slots game too... damn. I already hand coded everything so would be a pain to replace ;p Ah well, lesson is - if you ever wanna do something, check rex's plugins first!

  Have some invisible Sprite placed near the end of the zipline too, for when the player collides so they'll dismount.

  Easier said than done I know, but I hope you get the logic ;)

  Add keyboard object. Then..

  + On Key down (right arrow)

  + If NOT key down (up arrow)

  -> TankBase Rotate Clockwise by whatever speed you want

  + On key down (left arrow)

  + If NOT key down (up arrow)

  -> TankBase Rotate Counter-clockwise by your chosen speed

  Should work..

  vee41, that only draws polys, it doesn't distort sprites.

  I'd love this too! One of the reasons I miss Classic..

  I'd prefer they just added sprite distortion (ability to play with the quad vertices).

  Ah right. I did spot some posts mentioning audio issues with C2 but didn't pay too much attention as I was focussed on other stuff. Hope FF sort it but not too fussed as I use chrome for C2 testing anyway. If it's not Microsoft screwing web standards, there's always someone else..

  Yep the easiest way is to create another layout and show the score there. Wait until mouse is clicked, then jump back to the game layout.

  Look at event 20. This checks if all the questions have been asked, so this is where you'd jump to the other layout.

  That's your homework assignment ;p
