    The inventory and your squad setup needs to be the same as it was when you restart the game. Also when in the game layout where the battle is, the inventory needs to be like you set it in the Squad\inventory editor.

    I made a game different from your but I think it can help you with your problem. In my game you have a gun shop where you buy guns to upgrade your firepower. I have a saving mechanism in place that you can use here is the capx file

    Its organized as I use as little code as possible and if you have any questions about how I did something just ask. The gunshop inventory in my game saves the last gun purchased which is what you want for your soldiers.

  • Unconnected Ok run the example you can move the player with arrow keys. Now go to black part of map it disappears. Now exit and come back and the black part is no longer there.

  • Triforce Josek5494 Yeah your right I didn't think it through. If you used sine then when the fish landed in the water you would have to reset its position through code, which isn't optimal. Bullet behavior is a lot better option indeed.

  • Look up sine behavior because thats what your going to need.

  • Yes its very odd since I don't see that type of behavoir in other game forums at least not as bad. WHo knows who it could be my best guess is that gdevelop guy but thats just a guess. Who know why these idiot's do that.

  • PixelPower why would you stop someone releasing CAPX? Do you think we are not capable of doing any code? This forum is for Construct 2 , where people help one another? If everyone become like you no one will learn anything. You are saying there should be no teacher in school, those who go to school must learn from them self? How did you learn?

    you are right "You should make this a game template (or release the .capx) so people can see how you went about making it."

    Ok if someone is doing a game for practice your right, they can release to the public. But if a developers spent a long time making art and coding to release a commercial game then no , he should not release his hard work out . Then someone else could release his product commercially and say they made it.

    P.S. I learn from tutorials. I do post capx files to help people as half my posts are helping others. But I don't post capx. files of games I'am going to release commercially, I do it afterwards.

    I use 1280x720 on mobiles with scale inner. On PC I use crop mode without scaling - If you have monitor with 1920x1080 - game will run 1920x1080 and you will see original scale + little more dungeon

    Excellent what going to be the monetizing methods used? Will it be free with ADs or IAP model?

  • You can use any program/coding language as a reference for anything else. It'll never be one to one because of syntax differences but the logic/algorithm is the same.

    We use event we don't actually code until we get into making larger games. It doesn't make sense to go back and forth between tools, the developer should just pick one.

    Kyatric I sound like a troll? You got to be kidding me. With that statement I know your full of it. You posted on my thread but I'am the troll? Ok thank you for saying that now I can rest cause thats about the dumbest thing I heard. Half of the post I make on this forum is to help other people period.
