i just added a particle with a filled color. added bulge

it does this with others as well.

i ran this on r208 beta

but i just checked the browser thats running on r204.2 stable and it does the same.

i don't remember running into this before.

    Sub

i have ideas why and i assume it's for the better.

  • simple game. i like.

  • frozenen actually. ignore the moving back. the bow isn't strong enough like a shotgun or a bazooka. ;D

  • like the artstyle.

as far as the player or your intention. he sorta has no weight. sorta glides around. attack needs some feedback or weight to it. like maybe when he shoots the arrow you can make him move back slightly.

  • well what you have works so far even if i was spamming the clicks to get the blue ball to score.

  • it's an interesting match game. i think i have an issue that some of the images look the same. like the pink square with 3 dots. didn't realize that some were in the middle and the other one was at the bottom. they were close to the same spot which confused me. but other than that it's a well done game.

  • i assume you noticed that when you move and shoot at the same time it shoots from his foot (where the origin is set)

  • the art is really good looking. good luck on your project hope to see a playable game from you guys!

  • Congrats. but you should update the game. as the player can sit at the right side of the screen and not get hit.

  • This might be a little off subject, but from what cryptic information I've gathered from the few releases I've read, it sounds like you may have to have a game registered to your online account to play it. Meaning, you can't lend games to friends, rent from Gamefly, etc.

If that's true (which I doubt will get through in the end), and they'd let DRM stomp on their own customers, I don't hold out much hope for their future indie support.

Microsoft has been confusing since they revealed the system. the talk is yes, you have to register the game. there's a unique code that gets added to your account. you sell said game back to the store the next person that buys it when registering to their account, it gets added to theirs and revokes your game.

they mentioned indie a few days ago. which still sounds like they are handpicking select titles. for now we'll just have either wait what they have to say at E3 or move on and just stick to PC and their plethora is digital distribution, android, ios, blackberry, wii u (when they have it all sorted), and hopefully ps4 and vita.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • good video. like the gameplay part and the head gears for the players. and the laser dino ;D

  • you used the sprite object which doesn't scale when you resize to a bigger size than the original image resolution. try the 9patch.

  • and it should change if you decide to change the name of the layer as well.

This happens with group active command. you have to enter the name of the group that's being used in the event. and in the case you decide to change the name of the group you have to change the name in the action too.

  • really nice idea and execution.
