  • Well the question is what effect will that have on the engine?

For example how will pixel round deal with it, or even flipping.

Anyway this is actually the one argument against using power of two images.

  • B=Array.At(2,1)

Edited you dont have a y2, sorry.

  • Looks like a big project ahead of you. Good luck.

It does. Try move at angle, or move forward.

So perhaps what we need is a way to change the display angle.

  • Well its a behavior so it would logically apply to just the objects that had the behavior.

What you could try is a variable comparison like if sight = 0 then do foo, and then add a condition to change that objects variable when it is picked by the behavior object, set sight to 1.

You might also want to add an else after that condition to set that variable back to 0.

  • Sorry but something's not right with the add on file.

  • Actually I think he's Spanish, or at least soon will be.

Yeah Spriter is light years ahead of that thing qvatra keeps spamming the forums with.

  • So do you plan on making 360 frames?

  • Some of those terms are fairly common, and its probably expected that the user would either know them, or at least be able to get some idea as to the usage from the context.

Index for example is a numerical value that goes in order from zero up, and is often used to distinguish multiple items from each other.

Tag on the other hand is a generic term often used in html as a label that a user can give to an object giving them the ability to reference that object by name later on. Here it is used by the Audio object to name a sound.

Im not sure what bin means here, but you can be fairly sure its a number, and can be used with some experimentation.

  • You're essentially recreating the wheel with frames since all graphical objects can be rotated.

  • Perhaps a better idea for you would be to find someone to make games for, let them publish the game, and give you a portion off of said games?

    Edit:

This thread subject has changed so now my original question wont make sense.

Discmach's methods are somewhat questionable imo.

  • Actually, no.

Then again just because you see a bullet doesn't mean its doing collision detection either.

Any way, the method I suggested works on html5, and can be implemented by anybody.

However I would love to see the probability of Ashley implementing point collision.

  • Oddly enough the plugin sdk behaves exactly like this.

  • Either someone's really into the new Superman movie, or you meant to say custom, rather than costume.
