you have had a lot of help here,

I used this thread to help me with my animations.. as I am new to game making too.

I found the information from whiteclaws really useful and used the diagrams as reference. And read the information from others.

I made a character and edited it in paint.net.. cropping and pasting arms/ legs etc and rotating them to get the right angle.. then animated it.

although not perfect, still pleased with the outcome and of my efforts.. it took time and patience.

I wish I had started this thread as the help is much appreciated.

In addition there is a new class starting which could also be helpful to you..

your welcome, your artwork is really good

  • here is a pixel art snowy picture that i'm currently working on.. there has been a lot of snow here recently. Hoping to make use of this artwork in a game<img src="https://dl.dropbox.com/u/157237874/snow%20half%20finished.png" border="0" />

and a castle made from pixel art currently in my game

    really like 'Loam'

Like the movement of her hair and dress

  • hi I agree with Mr E Bear, it was guess work on which gem to choose. I couldn't see any difference between them. I started by selecting the same colours.. so was a bit unsure if I was playing it right or it was just luck if I got it right... because of my uncertainty if I was playing it right I didn't give it a rating... but I did rate the ball game though.. Unlike Mr E Bear high scores don't interest me though..

  • I left a message on one of your games;; I tried last night on chrome and firefox both latest versions (which gave me a blank screen). This morning I tried on internet explorer and played two of your games. And they worked fine..

I agree with Dave Hailwood that if some people are having the same issues they could give one star etc.

  • just been on to try your game both in chrome and firefox and its just showing a grey blank screen. Even on another computer in the house its doing the same.

I saw the stars at the top of the page (first time ever) ! and although I wasn't able to play the game I could rate it with the stars if i wanted too.

  • hi

wish I knew how to give the star ratings, can't seem to figure that out if anyone could tell me; sorry for sounding dumb

I guess there are people out there whom do anything to get what they want.

Hope someone is able to help you with this.

amazing work. Something I only dream of creating, especially the towns/ houses etc.

Love how they are set out, with the cliff backdrop, and how you can see the detail of every building.

The old/ rustic style are my favourite.

Trying to capture the same in my game, but new to this and its taking its time.

your work is inspiring and beautiful..

    hi thanks for the reply.

I now seem to have the same problem as Kuso that the animation of the charater only faces right. I'm sure this wasn't happening before.

    I like the sounds

I look forward to seeing more of your dungeon game.

As with Pepo I bet it will be very good.

    yes your right,

better not comment on this anymore as it keeps it at the top. Maybe the thread and older ones could be deleted to stop this from happening?

  • your welcome, best of luck with it
