    yes I understand exactly what you mean. I have no understanding of the jargon used in creating games/ and using computers at all. Whilst reading the manual I stop and ask my partner what does this and that mean. I think if it wasn't for him and reading threads in forum I wouldn't have got this far.

    I want to learn however I am learning from the basics and taking each step at a time.

    People on here are always happy to help

    yes I understood which keys to use, but the left arrow didn't make much difference. and moving right moved me off screen at times. I agree with you it was confusing to play. I did like the graphics though.

    really glad that it has helped you. I don't know how you like to work things out. I like to gather information, and use bits to work out my own way. There is a new thread by frpnit, which also may be of help to you. He has given me a link to an old post on there aswell.

    I hope you find the best way that suits you.

    I have recently started to use Inkscape, but I'm finding it hard to understand how to use it properly, and to its full potential, and went back to paint.net.

    I will go through the old thread and read up on them.

    hi i tried your game, it looks great, but I had no control over the tracter, I lost him off screen aswell. Using the arrows for up, made the whole screen move too.

    my partner also had a turn thinking I was doing it wrong but the same happend to him

    hi i really like it thanks for sharing.. love the second test, your sketch is really good. Just getting my head around animations at the moment. I use paint.net; cutting each section and rotating to get the right angle.

    its not perfect though and i choose a difficult sketch to work with

    I found the add button, and put in my username etc.. but under 'roster' you can see everyone who as joined but my name isn't there.. do you get confirmation that you have joined the class?
