• Thanks Ashley & Joannes :-)

Actually I've been wondering, what's stopping from certain user from using Construct's free version and finally using Ludei's wrapper through Ludei (instead of inside Construct2) , that would make Construct2 entirely free.

I truely believe Construct2 as a great product, and I hope that Construct2 should be aware of this potential loophole and plug it.

• Hi,

I am just starting to use Construct2 and have a question related to CocoonJS. I've heard people say that CocoonJS/Ludei stops being free after reaching a certain number of active users for the game, and some says that CocoonJS is free regardless if your game is being used by millions of users.

Can someone confirm which is the true story? Thanks Or maybe Scirra has a special deal with them which allows C2 users to use Cocoonjs/Ludei completely free?

Great work Scirra, btw :-)

• yes there are, but it's hard to maneuver. Chinese e commerce, including games, are advanced but complicated.

For example, u can buy or sell anything in taobao.com.

• Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
• Late to the thread, but I am also based in China. Do we know if there's a Construct2 community here?

• Late to this reply, apart from the regular app stores, there are also "copycat appstores", which sadly command a seizable market share. On iOS there is an appstore called 91, which commands approximately 30% of the market. In other words, 30% of the users jailbreak and use this appstore.
