This post has no meaning because they just post these "cloud services" are actually google drive / one drive / dropbox. The same we already have with C2. http://www.scirra.com/blog/191/saving-l ... onstruct-3
How do you like this subscription now?
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
Construct 2 Web Interface Version for higher cost.
Construct 2 will continue to receive updates as they have been for the foreseeable future. Exactly as has been in the past, if critical parts break they will be fixed and updates given to everyone free of charge.
This is too vague. A game can take 5+ years especially for someone that's not a full time game creator.
BUY!
But even in a non subscription model, the new product doesn't look good.
I'll stick with Construct 2 and prepare to move on since I don't think scirra will maintain it for a long time.
This is not a rant about technology, but it is about the game industry, and why Scirra is no more one of the "good guys". What's even worse, is that forcing an up-front payment also forces making certain kind of games. This is exaclty what the high budget games do: Zero experimentation. Zero originality. Just rehashing everything once and again with only money in mind. All the shovelware and clones after clones we're seeing is product of this mentality (lack of proper education is also an important factor). And it's very, very dangerous.

You nailed right there.
It happens to me as well using google drive.
Upgrading c2 and nwjs to their lastest version fixed for me.
