  • In my opinion, why would go to C3 when C2 can improve more?

    C3 can make possible if it has 3D related capacity games.

    Construct is already no-coding engine, and helps in prototyping, but if something i want in C3, it is an addition for those who are more into graphics/artist people. A quick leap into making or seeing their arts into move.

    • Like on the start, there is a option on what template the project will be, a genre perhaps, a fighting, hack-and-slash, platformer, shootemup, etc etc.. If you pick what template you want, the workarea will be base on that template and focusing on the functions that can be use to that template. addition to that is the other function may also be use in that template when it is needed. Just giving the user a very quick draft to what he wants base on the game genre.

    sorry this may sound lazy, but it can help us(graphic artists) into game dev. also kids who want to create games very easy and quick.

    just my opinion.

    I have the same problem here.

    when

    player is jumping > set ani to jump >

    player is falling > set ani to fall >

    player is on landed > set ani to land >

    the animation for falling is looping against to on landed..

    but when i remove fall, it go smoothly as it calls.

    but the animation is look like a glitch if i remove the falling.

    how did you put the origins? i tried putting it at the end bottom. but still not working right.

  • Hi to all!

    I just got stuck in landing some attacks for game character. i read some threads and tuts but i cant get it properly done.

    Here is a sprite of Zero that im using as a sample for my prototype in experimenting about attacks and changing weapons.

    1. What i want to do is land an attack if i press the button once and "attack 1" will play.

    but for the next, I cant make the second and third attacks when I press the button twice or trice.

    2. How do i make the end of the slash or attack will only the one who can trigger to hit the enemy. my problem here is that when im standing above on a hitable object or enemy and pressed the attack, it still get hit.

    3. when i press the attack and the attack 1 plays, the animation is a little messy and not centered. how can i make it centered then?
