  • In the past, I've noticed that this happens when the Beta channel release version is lower than the Stable channel release. (beta r130 < stable r131)

    Download the Stable channel release and use it instead. I have both installed. ;)

    Had to revert back to the previous release.

  • I'm pretty sure the free version shows you how many events are remaining at the bottom of each event sheet. You probably need to go back and trim some things down to export it. Otherwise, your only other option is to purchase a license.

  • Yes, it's entirely possible to create hyper-casual games with C2. However, hyper-casual is a style/genre of games that vary widely depending on the type of game that you want to make. The main traits that make up a hyper-casual game are its simplistic game mechanics and minimalistic style of graphics and UI.

    In my opinion, hyper-casual games are some of the most basic that you could make. You're first going to have to learn how to make a game in general. Based on your generalized question, I'm guessing you haven't yet.

    Construct 2 Tutorials

    Then, do some research on what style of game you want to make, in this case, hyper-casual. Show the community that you're learning how to make a game, any game, and we'll do our best to help you style your game in the genre you want. There is no all-in-one tutorial for hyper-casual.

    Are you referring to the status bar? The one that has the time, battery level, wifi icon, etc.?

    If so, there's an option to hide it in the C3 export dialogue.

    It's not different in C3. The information OddConfection gave you is correct.

    Please locate "Parallax" in the SAME Properties panel. (It's directly below Scale rate)

    Now, edit the properties to 0% x 0%.
