I don't know it maybe a bug, because it's odd when it hinges a sprite then tries to rotate... it breaks the hinge, it may be weird.
Im recreating your game what im doing it for performance, i will post here when it's done

Joannesalfa Thankx it's the correct way and that what i was looking for. I tried the vertical sine behavior it works fine with me on firefox, but it doesn't on Internet explorer 9 "some of the shafts move vertical and some move horizontal even if i set their movement to vertical"

Make sure to refresh the browsers, i'm really sure they exactly behave same using javascript, not specificed browsers
