For some reason I believe that the Spriter plugin is messing with my project. For example if you look in the editor you can see at the end of the pathway, an orb. When you preview the orb it seems to be not there but still triggering events. If you move the orb in front of the hooded figure, the orb disappears with it. However if you disable one of the Spriter initialization actions it seems to appear again.

Can someone help me decipher this?

  • Yeah if I disable any of the actions in the event 2 the orb works fine. but then whatever i disabled doesn't show :S

  • Nothing changes when I disable event 2 :/

So if you look in the editor there is a blue/green orb at the end of the pathway. If you preview the layout it isn't shown at all. It doesn't produce collisions either.

I'm using the October 2nd release.

Could someone help a brother out?

  • Is anyone experiencing a clip when transitioning from animation to animation?

So far I have four animations, Idle, Run, IdleToRun, RunToIdle. Idle and Run are meant to loop and the transition animations are meant to play once and then go into the next animation. For some reason the transition animations jump back to the first frame before switching to the next looping one. This causes one frame where the character looks very out of place. I was wondering if was an issue that was common and I'm just doing it wrong or something very obscure.

I have the platformer attached to an invisible box, this is what I'm using to trigger the animations. (ie, When moved -> play IdleToRun, When IdleToRun Finished -> Run, when stopped -> play RunToIdle, when RunToIdle finished -> play Idle)

    Could someone help me out?
