  • I think gamepad support is a must here. I bought myself a 360 gamepad the other day and noticed how many games don't support it natively. One thing you could do is atleast implement Xinput, but I think a more general solution would be better.

  • I think it's a little annoying though that something that (as far as I know) has worked for a long time now just crashes the IDE, though.

  • Have you reported any of these crashes? Because just getting frustrated and venting out in the release thread doesn't help that much.

    No offense intended, I'm just saying that reporting these things makes it more likely that they'll get fixed.

  • Okay, after trying to make a game, I have no idea how you can call this your most stable release yet. I've been crashing _constantly_ trying to make this thing, mostly when dealing with "is object overlapping" (overlapping a family, overlapping a property like solid, or simply copying an event and trying to change the object to overlap with). This is ridiculous.

    I did! Well, one of them. The other I'm not even quite sure what I did, so.

  • I managed to crash this twice in 5 minutes. First by closing the aiming tutorial project (while it was among other projects), then by selecting several bones objects and choosing "edit" on them.

  • Platformer behavior needs a way to invert controls during runtime

    EDIT: WAIT shit, the fonts, they're not installed for you. The installer is supposed to install them. Oh but it might not have updated the font cache.

  • Yeah, it does that thing every time for me. I've just gotten used to "Go To Layout" and marking my layouts with numbers according to when I created them.
