  • Hi, this plugin is great;

    however, I found it doesn't support non-English strings on facebook.

    It showed "406 not acceptable" when I tried to post anything non-English.

    (I've tested Chinese, Japanese and Korean.)

    It's very strange. I tested unmanaged mode today and I can't finish purchase progress in sandbox.

    The Sandbox showed success message but CocoonJS plugin can't get complete signal in return.

    If Ludei's CocoonJS plugin(opensource) can switch storemode from managed to unmanaged,

    It means unmanaged mode is also a valid way to submit an app, right?

  • Same result here. The reviewers of Apple can't buy IAP content with sandbox mode disabled.

    Rejected twice and wasted 2 weeks.

    I tried to follow Ludei's way but can't find anything about sandbox flag in appData/game.......

    Seems need further Ludei official help.........

  • It's about native api integration of mobile devices.

    CocoonJS has the best fps and audio performance so far,

    but it seems CocoonJS has only gamecenter(Googleplay serveice), camera, notification, Mopub and FB; furthermore, as a C2 user, in the long 2.5 years, we finally got gamecenter and Mopub worked correctly in recent 2 months. Thanks for androidtimo's back button and sergyperov's notification, and we can't access FB till now

    We had ever paid much attention on IntelXDK since its name is Appmobi. With Tap's hard work, the IntelXDK had ever been the best solution with directcanvas speed, barcode, camera, fixed orientation and multi-thread audio. The device compatibility had been the superiority of IntelXDK than CocoonJS. However, what leftover of IntelXDK we got? Yes, the not-bad performance Crosswalk ANDROID ONLY.

    Phonegap is the wrapper with worst performance for now, and you can't even make any tolerable commercial game without music; however, it has the most native-like app opening experience(IntelXDK and CocoonJS has a terrible 10 seconds wrapper opening time.), and we can see that in 2.5 years, with the improvement of mobile devices themself, the fps performance has 10 times increased.(In my case, 2fps to 30 fps)

    It maybe a good chance, when iOS8 comes(Android should also do something reactive.), Phonegap exporter with plugins of native api integration may finally empower C2 mobile games technically upside with other game apps.

    I respect the plugins what cranberrygame made for us no matter they're free, paid or donate-requested. Also, I won't regret for my donation or payment for them if there were anyone made free versions. Like what R0J0, Pode, rexrainbow, thehen, Lunarray and all the great plugin makers do, Phonegap plugins provide opportunities for C2 users to fight against other serious game engines

    I think we desperately need more and more alternative mobile wrappers/services/plugins for C2 for commercial development. The diversity will make endeavoured C2 users more adaptable among increasing users of Unity, Stencyl, Salad, GM Studio and Unreal(Blueprint).

  • Following Android version,

    Ludei's Official Ads Demo showed nothing on iOS CocoonJS Launcher.

    (iOS Ads Demo had worked well 3 days ago.)

    Ads don't work on the Launcher last time I tried, you need the actual cloud compiled release APK signed and tested on your device to see reliable Ads.

    I've tried:

    C2r175+CocoonJS 2.0.2

    C2r168+CocoonJS 1.4.7

    Debug Signed APK tested on real device

    Release Signed APK tested on real device

    Seems nothing showed on Android(Samsung Galaxy S2)

    On the changelog of Mopub SDK release 2.3,

    I am not sure if it's the reason why Android showed nothing:

    I think it's about C2 version or something.

    I've just downgraded to C2 r168 and this message never happen again.

    They updated the SDK, you dont need a new plugin.

    I tested AdMob + MoPub add for one of my Android game, the ads work fine and refresh every 60s.

    Hi, may I ask your C2 version and CocoonJS version?

    I used:

    C2 r175

    CocoonJS 2.0.2 & 1.4.7

    CocoonJS Plugin downloaded from Ludei's Github

    AdMob+MoPub(Which had been worked well both on iOS and Android before CocoonJS 2.0.1 releasing.)

    iOS(iPad3) ads banner worked well.

    Android(Samsung Galaxy S2) showed nothing.

    I have even tried Ludei's official ads demo on Android CocoonJS Launcher,

    it didn't work, too. I posted the result to Ludei Support forum but they think it's nothing on APK but the Android Launcher problem.
